100 Days of gratitude. Day 89. Today, I am grateful for the 2 phone calls I received yesterday. One was from a family looking to short sale their house, and the other was from a first time home buyer. I am grateful they both have enough faith in me to help them out.
You may have gotten a letter from me, or been referred to me by a trusted adviser or friend. My mission is simple. Help as many struggling homeowners as I can avoid foreclosure, so they can begin the path of financial heeling. Short sales are what I do and I am darn good at them.
